Why pro-bono coaching?
I am currently participating in the Advanced coaching certification program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (pathway to ICF PCC). It is seen as the golden standard of coaching, as it is a rigid learning journey. In addition to the training, I am required to complete nearly 140 coaching hours. As a coach in development, I do not find it ethical to charge for my practice hours, as these sessions are equally essential for the mutual growth - your as my client and mine as a coach. Hence currently, coaching with me is free of charge.
Are you feeling stuck? Struggling with decision making? Or simply seeking clarity about the next step or a topic that has been in your head for a while?
Maybe you are facing a dilemma related to your career / relationships / finances / family / health or your free time. Maybe you are considering coaching but are not sure if that’s the right format for you? Perhaps the high fees keep you away from getting started?
If you answered Yes to at least one of the above, you are in the right place.
You can book the coaching session with me, regardless of your location or time zone.
Is coaching right for you?
What is coaching?
Coaching bases on partnering and a strong belief that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Therefore, in contrast to mentoring or therapy, coaches do not give advice or share experiences, but facilitate the process of finding the answers in their clients, via powerful coaching techniques.
